Business Planning

We can prioritise and assist with any of the key questions raised for your business….

Pensions
  • Ever thought about buying the property / office unit through your pension?  There are potential planning and tax benefits to this.
  • Are you extracting funds from the business  in the right way and maximising your pension allowances?
  • Do you have the right pension for your staff? Do they understand how this works?
Corporate Investments
  • Have you built up large cash reserves?
  • Are you getting the best return on these funds because often corporate accounts pay minimal interest?
  • Many companies invest part of the capital to obtain a better return, which can help the business grow or increase the overall value.
Business Protection
  • Is your business protected against the loss of a key individual or shareholder?
  • Do you have the right benefits for staff? When did you last review your group protection schemes or do you need to put this in place?
Succession Planning
  • Are you looking to exit the business?
  • Do you know how much you need to live a comfortable lifestyle?
  • There are some key components to consider before and after any business sale which we can assist with.
